Refund & Cancellation Policy
At yoforex, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and algorithmic software, we have a strict refund policy.
1. Digital Products Policy
Our software, algorithms, and digital downloads are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. We generally do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered/downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Exceptions
We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
- Major defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported to our technical support Team. If we are unable to resolve a substantial defect, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Cancellation
For any subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No pro-rated refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-term.
